5. Price and Billing

5.1. Service charges (& quot; Fees & quot;) are net to AGM and excluded from all locally applicable taxes (VAT, sales taxes, and government taxes). The User assumes responsibility for all costs, charges, taxes and duties that arise from their use of the Site. AGM reserves the right at any time to revise the Fees upon written notice to User 75 days prior to the expiration date of the Agreement. 5.2. License fees are billed annually in advance. All invoices are payable immediately, without deductions. In the event of default in payment, AGM is entitled to claim late compensation in the amount of 6 percentage points above the Libor. In the event of non-payment, AGM may interrupt the Service as long as the due remuneration is not paid. The User remains bound by his payment obligations for the duration of the interruption of the Service.

6. Disclaimer

6.1. AGM and / or its supplier accept no responsibility for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit or revenue or of a business (whether direct or indirect), whatever the cause, whether due to inaccuracies, errors, omissions or any other cause and whether on the part of AGM or its agents, agents or any other person arising out of or in connection with the posting, use or performance of the Service. The information, software, products and services published on the Site may contain unintentional inaccuracies, calculation or drafting errors. 7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

7.1. These general conditions of use are exclusively governed by Swiss law to the exclusion of its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute that may arise from these general conditions of use will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic and Canton of Geneva.
